Rick Ross is taking on Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law and the Trayvon Martin case in a new song called "I Wonder Why."
Ross's rap alludes to the testimony of Trayvon Martin's friend Rachel Jenteal. She testified that shortly before his death Trayvon described George Zimmerman as a "creepy ass cracker." Jenteal was the last person to talk with Martin before he was shot and killed by Zimmerman in Sanford, Florida last year. On the track, Ross also muses over why his brother is locked up in prison.

Rick Ross isn't the only rapper to release a track referencing Trayvon Martin. Following the acquittal of George Zimmerman on charges of second degree murder and manslaughter this month, Young Jeezy released a tribute track called "It's a Cold World."
