Xscape Unite For First Televised Performance In Over 18 Years At BET Awards

Xscape performed on national TV for the first time in 18 years at the 2017 BET Awards!

That's right, ladies and gentlemen! After almost two decades, the R&B group is officially back and showed out on the BET Awards stage Sunday (June 25) night. We don't know a person alive who doesn't love nostalgia. We also don't know a person who watched the awards show who isn't a fan of 1990s rhythm and blues.

When you put both of these things together, how can people watching the long-awaited reunite not freak the heck out? All of the original members Tamika and LaTocha Scott, Kandi Burruss, and Tameka “Tiny” Harris hit the stage to remind us how much of the truth their music was. The four ladies looked absolutely beautiful, as they dazzled as their sexy outfits and touched our souls with their silky R&B vocals.

Xscape performed some of the mega hits such as "Understanding," "Who Can I Run To," and "Kick It." Audience members stood on their feet and happily sang along with them. Everyone got their entire lives watching the group return to bless us with some more amazing music. They did that!

Watch the performance we've been waiting on for almost 20 years below!

And of course, the priceless responses from the one and only Black Twitter. It's undefeated.
